Starting to Work Out

    Since the summer started I've been trying to do a little bit of working out in the time that I have to keep myself in shape.
    What tips do you have for people who are just starting to work out?

    Go for walks. This is a great way to get some physical exercise. Build slowly on this and then you can start to add weight lifting to your routine.
